Jucelino professor No'brega Light, in interview to Magazine JB, middle
of March, made some predilections, due the degradation of the
Environment. Between them, the water lack in the World, that will have to generate a new conflict and the
discovery of a new virus ` Heros ' that can kill a person in up to
four hours. Although some forecasts to be frightful, the
for-normal one also points the vaccine discovery with respect to the
AIDS and the Affection.
Magazine JB - When and as Mr. it started to have
these forecasts?
Jucelino No'brega of the Light -
Everything started when it had nine years, in the year of 1969.
The first case was of an accident in the Way Anchieta, where
four integrant ones of same family had died in an
automobile accident. It was very sad. It did not want that
the fact happened.
RJB - Beyond the case of Saddan Hussein, it
foresaw the terrorist attack to you to the twin towers of the World
Trade Center, in New Iorque. With how much antecedence time
this was foreseen?
Jucelino - the case of the World Trade
Center started in 1989, when I sent a letter to then president George
Bush (father) informing it on the dia/me^s/ano of the attempted
against one. Diverse letters had been sent to the
governmental bodies of that country: FBI, Federal Senate, ONU
and to president Bill Clinton, but, unhappyly nothing was made to
prevent. As much that the facts had occurred.
RJB - How it obtains you to deal with this
tragedy, where many people are deceased? This not it cause
anguish?
Jucelino - This thing to
deal with tragedies is very difficult and painful because, unhappyly,
it has the loss of lives human beings. I suffer very with this.
Today already I feel myself more conformed, but, however, he
preferred that these facts did not happen.
RJB - In its predilections the governor of the State
of Sa~o Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, will be the new President of the
Republic. Which the success probability?
Jucelino - Before it thinking about
being candidate to the President of the Republic I already said the
name of it. I have 100% of certainty that the Geraldo Alckmin,
will be the new president of Brazil and will make much thing to
improve the conditions of life of the Brazilian people.
Unhappyly the current president (Ina'cio Luiz Squid Da Silva),
did not help nor its northeast people. It only made promises and
he did not fulfill. E is not alone this, mayor Jose' Serra
(PSDB), being candidate to the governor of Sa~o Paulo,
also will win the 2006 elections. Exactly that all the
opposition spends or makes movements against them (Alckmin and Serra),
will not advance nothing, therefore the cited candidates will be the
winners.
RJB - It has some information on the economic
situation of Brazil? Or then, some I occasion of illness?
Jucelino - Brazil will have that to pass
more per 10 years of economic crisis e, in 2010 will be worse, because
the Stock exchange American north will go to break, thus causing, a
chaos to the World. We will have great problems between 19 of
September of 2006 and 26 of November of 2007, date that will enter the
avia'ria grippe in Brazil. E has more three great problems that
we will have that to face: the hemorrhagic affection - whose
effect will be bigger in 2007, reaching Rio De Janeiro, the South
coast of Sa~o Paulo, Ribeira~o Preto, Is Jose of the Black River,
Campinas, among others localities; I occasion it of conjuntivite
that will be worse between January and May of 2007, and the great
villain of the illnesses in Sa~o Paulo, will be "antavi'rus", had to
the increase of rats and floods, whose effect will be
devastadores if the health departments not to make nothing. The
problems will be aggravated more due to the atendimentos in the
hospitals that in 2008, will be in a very critical phase, in virtue of
the great problem faced for the INSS. Today the INSS has a
deficit of 1 trillion of Reals and, in 2009, this will be able to
start to delay the payment of the pensioners if nothing the time will
be made - because it has, unhappyly, great project of corruption
inside of the current process.
RJB- In relation to the World, which critical periods we
will go to live?
Jucelino - the critical periods in the
World will start to leaving of 2008, with the great water lack;
great earthquakes devastadores in the year of 2009;
increase also of the violence in the World and sprouting of
illnesses. In 2010, crises in the world-wide economy; in
2011, new wars and sprouting of a new called virus ` Heros '. In
2012, the great black hole in the Amazo^nia will give beginning to the
process of full desertificac,a~o of the region. In 2013, mega
Tsunami, proceeding from the Islands of the Canaries will have one;
in 2014, the approach of the black hole and great revolt for the
water lack. In 2015, the climate of the Land will be in the
average of 59 degrees and, in Sa~o Paulo, an earthquake of 5,4 degrees
in Escala Richter, will shake the State, in day 15 of March of 2015.
George W. Bush will be interned to pressas in a hospital, in
2016, and will run serious risk of death. The year of 2017 will
be the worse date for Africa, where the climate already will be in
almost 60 degrees and will have much dries for all part of the world
and great conflicts will appear. All the governing will be
congregated in 2018, because the astrophysical ones will discover a
meteor in route of collision with the Land. They will have many
problems in the Planet and the pollution will be the villainous
greater, provoking thousand of deaths. With the arrival of the
meteor, in 2019, they will have many
movements and, who knows, the shunting line of it is obtained through
the technology. But, if to reach Land almost 1/3 of the
population will die.
RJB- Where will have beginning the lack d'a'gua in the
Planet? Which the affected countries? E where will
happen the great earthquakes?
Jucelino - the first place to be reached
by dries will be Africa, what it is very sad therefore already we have
the hunger installed in that country. However, almost all the
countries will be affected by the water lack. In relation to the
earthquakes, the worse ones will be in Japan; China, Pakistan,
Turkey, Peru, Libya, Saudi Arabia and United States.
RJB - It speaks to you in the increase of violence
in the World. Which will be the reason (hunger,
unemployment...)
Jucelino - the biggest increase
of the violence involves the social problems as: unemployment,
hunger and headquarters.
RJB - It foresees a new war to you for 2011.
Where it will be initiated and which will be the reason?
Jucelino - the wars will appear due the
lack of water and will have beginning in a Arab country.
RJB - Between its predilections ` Heros is the
sprouting of a new virus '. Where it will appear? E
which its origin?
Jucelino - the virus ` Heros ' is a
lethal virus, whose action is initiated with the loss of the immunity
in the first hour. Later, the virus will go to cut with a scythe
the person in the second hour. In the third hour it will lodge
itself in the pulmo~es, and in the quata hour, he will lead to the
death. It will appear through the mutation of an unknown, set
free virus for the desertificac,a~o.
RJB - Which are the positive points?
Jucelino - In 2008 an efficient vaccine
for the virus of the AIDS will be discovered. Also we will have
advances in new techniques for the treatment of the Affection and the
discovery of a vaccine.
RJB - For the Brazilian coast exists the undertow
forecast?
Jucelino - many undertows Will have and
in this year (2006) we will have more. The advance of the tides
will go to take danger for many families. Over all it has also
the case of the volcanic eruption in the Island of the Canaries, that
will be between days 1 and 25 of November of 2013 and will cause waves
between 40 the 50 meters of height, sweeping of 15 the 20 kilometers land inside. (Note of the Writing: Islands of

RJB - It affirms you that these predilections happen
in the dream form. If all we dream, as we can identify in the
dream a predilection?
Jucelino - my dreams are different
because I receive them I eat if he was in third dimension and I hear a
serious voice that indicates me for who must write and there it comes
name, address, city, state, country etc. The dream is different
because always the facts not lived deeply appear related things and in
turn, almost always in metaphors. E when you wake up, normally
does not remember the details and, when it remembers, it does not
obtain to identify them.
RJB - It says to hear you a serious voice in the
indication of its predilections. This voice is the same one
until today?
Jucelino - Yes, she is the same one that
I hear since the nine years.
RJB - In way to as many catastrophes what the man must make to prevent?
Jucelino - I believe that all these
catastrophes alone will be possible by means of the continuity of the
destruction of the nature where we live. I have full certainty
of that God in gave them up to 31 of December of 2007 to decide if we
want the survival human being or our destruction. Therefore, we
must immediately change our form of life how much to the corporeal
properties and give to greater value the part spiritual.
